Recruitment Resourcer
Successful applicants will receive extensive training from industry leading professionals, which will consist of both on the job, classroom based lectures, one to one mentoring and seminar presentations. As a resourcer you will be given the responsibility and autonomy to source for candidates within the company. Previous recruitment or sales experience is not necessary as we will ensure that you have all of the skills necessary to be successful here at G2 Recruitment, as well as becoming experts within your industry.
As a Resourcer you will be responsible for:
- Building Relationships Candidates
- Advertising vacancies
- Sourcing for candidates and matching them with your client needs
- Managing job offers
- Closing deals
