Business Support Analyst

Role and Key Skills

In working closely with the UK Commercial Director and senior management team, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the drive to deliver results beyond expectations. The position will see you working closely with stakeholders across various areas of the business to help facilitate the smooth running of the sales process. Critical to this role is a resilient attitude and proactive approach, always remaining polite, articulate and courteous, striving for quality through accountability and acting as the first point of contact for Account Managers, understanding requirements and providing business solutions. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the UK Commercial Director and senior management team
  • Update and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for the above
  • Assisting and supporting Account Managers with requirements to source candidates and assisting with interview preparation
  • Being an organised, reliable point of contact for senior management, account managers and consultants
  • Communicating with all members of the sales department to understand the progression of business opportunities
  • Excel and Salesforce reporting to track changes in the business and the future pipeline
  • Enable visibility into progress against goals throughout the month and quarter.
  • Deliver results against goals with the close of each month and quarter.

Essential Criteria

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drive to deliver results beyond expectations
  • Committed and ambitious with a thirst to learn and develop
  • Technically proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
