Business Information - Finance Placement

KEY RESULT AREAS & MAIN DUTIES

To support the Finance Team, Merz Aesthetics Sales Director and Merz Therapeutics Business Unit Head, to provide sales data analytics, insight and recommendation for positive business change. Key priorities will be to input, maintain, and analyse sales data in order to provide insights for Business Units, commercial reporting, maintenance of sales systems, and management and coordination of sales processes.

Major Accountabilities

• The Business Information Analyst creates sales reports for management staff, and uses the data from reports to provide insights on business trends.
• The Business Information Analyst will prepare reports detailing a variety of conditions in the market to deliver to management.
• The Business Information Analyst analyses sales performance aligned to sales goals, and identifies areas of opportunity or challenge in order that the organization can address to improve sales.
• Assist Regional Account Managers and Aesthetic Account Managers in data entry, maintenance and accuracy.
• Support the Merz Aesthetics Director of Sales and Merz Therapeutics Business Unit Head in the development of sales force effectiveness reporting and the creation of a series of dashboards (internal/external)
• Co-ordinate data aggregation projects in line with business needs.
• Any other duties that management may deem, from time to time, to be necessary.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Must be studying towards or have just completed an undergraduate degree, preferably in a business discipline.

Must have the right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the role.

The position requires a person who is analytical and detail-oriented. Candidates must possess strong computer skills, including and advanced knowledge of excel.

Candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills to deliver technical information in an easily understood manner across all departments in an organization.

• Outstanding Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint skills
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Good problem solving / analytical skills
• Noted ability to translate data into information along with the ability to quickly and simply communicate complex issues

• Ability to think analytically & creatively & make informed decisions
