Product Coordinator Placement

Avis Budget Group has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Product Coordinator, to come and join our Commercial, Marketing Department on an 12 month student placement.

The Product Development team is responsible for the development of new products/services as well as the enhancement and modification of existing products across Europe, Middle East and Africa for the Avis and Budget brands. Our one year placement would be a very exciting if you are wishing to develop a career in a Marketing and Commercial area.

This placement will allow you to get involved with products and services such as Avis Wi-Fi & Avis/Budget Travel Partner. You will also be working on a number of new initiatives and will be encouraged to think creatively and put forward new ideas for product and customer focused propositions. This position will provide you the opportunity to work with many different departments across the business, as well as liaising with many different country Head Offices across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As Product Coordinator some of you key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Product Management teams across EMEA
• Supporting the central teams on the development of business cases
• Supporting new product launches
• Working closely with suppliers
• Reporting
• Conducting customer/competitor research
• Running and coordinating projects

You will ideally be working towards a degree in Business, Management or Marketing degree. You should have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and experience in data analytics. Strong Excel skills are essential.
