About Tata Global Beverages

Tata group of companies comprises of over 100 businesses operating in over 80 countries and employing more than 600,000 people.

The group is extremely diverse operating in seven verticals ranging from automobiles with prestigious brands such as Jaguar and Landrover in the portfolio, to telecommunication, retail, a leading steel manufacturing arm and IT services, to name a few.

Tata Global Beverages (TGB) unites the beverage interests of the Tata group under one umbrella, with a focus on natural beverages – tea, coffee and water. We are the second largest tea company in the world. With many years of history in the beverages market and a heritage of innovation and development, the company has evolved from a predominantly domestic Indian tea farming entity to a marketing and brand-focused global organisation. The company acquired Tetley in 2000 and currently, an incredible 45 million cups of Tetley tea are enjoyed around the world, every day!

Our presence is also in teapigs, the leading super-premium brand of tea in the UK. Funded by TGB, teapigs is known for its ‘tea temples’ – pyramid tea bags containing high quality, whole leaf tea with a presence in over 30 countries worldwide.

In the UK, supporting the Tetley tea brand, worth £126 million, is our main focus. Tetley is a household name in the UK, providing delicious quality cuppas for over 180 years – that’s a lot of tea!

But we aren’t ready to stop. With our exciting range of constantly developing variants, we continue to grow and increase the reach of the Tetley brand; and we are excited to partner with a dynamic, passionate individual in our journey to reach higher and bring many magical beverage moments to consumers across the world.

The role offers graduates or industrial placement students a 12 month opportunity to work alongside, and learn from, some of the best people in the industry. You'll get plenty of responsibility and every opportunity to showcase and develop your skills. A full induction to our business will set you up to make an instant impact.

The role comes with real responsibility and accountability, developing your commercial acumen and key business competencies.
