HR & Internal Communications Placement

The HR & Internal Communications intern is responsible for all internal engagement activities within the Dairies and Waters businesses. Supporting the Organisational Development Manager, and the wider HR team, the HR & Internal Communications intern will aid the development of a great working atmosphere with highly motivated employees.

What will be the main challenges?

• Managing multiple priorities at once, ensuring high standard delivery across the board
• Multiple stakeholder relationships to manage effectively
• Finding appropriate channels to engage employees around key activities

• Shows strong attention to details while being able to keep the big picture in mind
• Connects effectively with others and builds relationships based on trust
• Shows a positive attitude to learning and continuous improvement; both for the business activities and self-development
• Able to anticipate effectively to ensure activities are managed proactively rather than reactively
• On track to achieve or has achieved a 2.1 or above in any degree discipline
• Passion for working in the HR function
• Eligible to work in the UK (ie without a visa)
