Customer Relations/Marketing Executive

The successful student will take ownership of running the customer relations within its busy office and managing the marketing to its continually growing 4,000+ customer base, alongside digital marketing.

You will need a valid UK driving licence and access to a car for the duration of the placement year.

The placement role is now in its 8th year - our last student placement was presented an award for their work and achieved a 1st class degree overall. Previous placement students have commented that it has provided them invaluable experience and a true insight into the running of growing company. The owner, previously a Portsmouth University student, recognises the value to students of a useful and fulfilling placement year.

This Customer Relations and Marketing Executive is for an award-winning home and small business computer support company. Tech Angels have over 4,000 customers and their success is due to the high quality of customer service they provide and their cutting edge marketing techniques they adopt.

Key Accountabilities

• Running the customer relations within its busy office
• Managing the marketing to its continually growing customer data base-online & offline
• Processes and office administration
• Provide a high level of customer service to our valued clients and customers.
• Build client relationships - be friendly, professional, organised, and fun.
