Marketing Placement

We are looking for a talented marketing student to assist the Talent Acquisition Marketing & Content Manager.

As all of our marketing is carried out for talent acquisition purposes, the role will involve increasing the awareness of G-Research amongst potential candidates at the world's most high-profile universities and organisations through highly targeted digital campaigns. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Marketing Manager by liaising with key internal stakeholders to research content to be used across all marketing channels, including the company website and on our social media platforms
  • Co-ordinate all social media campaigns, moderation and social listening
  • Execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns as required
  • Digital marketing analytics and reporting
  • Competitor analysis and researching and reporting back on digital marketing software and techniques
  • Review and refresh our marketing inventory, source innovative and new ideas for promotional items
  • Developing high-quality written material
  • Assist with the marketing and management of external events
  • Assist the Graduate Recruiter with career fairs at Universities

The Candidate

You will need to be in the studying toward a Marketing/Digital Marketing degree, and be required to carry out a placement year as part of your degree. You will be a creative individual with demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing - including social media marketing.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a demonstrable interest in Talent Acquisition Marketing
  • Have at least 300 UCAS points
  • Possess, or be on track for, a 2:1 in your first undergraduate degree
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritising tasks as required
  • Have a keen interest in social media marketing, and new technologies/initiatives within the digital marketing industry.
