Creative Cloud Marketing Communications Placement

The Digital Media Marketing Intern will assist in the implementation of all UK Creative Cloud, Document Cloud & DPS marketing communications related projects e.g. database-driven projects, direct mail, collateral, advertising, event signage, budget processes and associated administrative duties, in support of the UK segment field marketing managers. Located in the Adobe UK Maidenhead office, reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, Northern Europe. This role is for a period of one year only. After successful completion of the internship the individual will return to their Higher Education institution to complete their studies.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the segment Marketing Managers with all marketing related projects
  • Assist with managing day-to-day relationships with various suppliers and vendors and agencies
  • Project manage various marketing campaigns as instructed by the Senior Marketing Manager to include print, online activities & events
  • To manage localisation, including reprints of all marketing collateral in a timely manner when requested
  • Work with Segment Marketing team to ensure up to date information on events pages and work with events tool (and appropriate 3rd parties) for larger event registration.
  • To produce event materials e.g. website, emails, brochures, invitations, signage, show information pack, post event analysis of questionnaires
  • Management of source files on marketing server
  • To deal with emails requesting various imagery, logos making sure that the brand guidelines are adhered to at all times
  • Proof reading and checking of various materials online and offline
  • Updating UK website and events pages
  • Carry out database work including lead management
  • To collate various information needed to start a project e.g. briefs from segment managers
  • Liaising with Marketing Administrator to raise purchase orders, open supplier contracts, systems interaction and invoice processing
  • Updating of sundry reports and spreadsheets to provide consistent communication of UK activities.
  • Carry out associated admin duties
  • Assist with event management, including on-the-day logistics and attendance
  • Assist in the management of channel financing through internal systems

What you need to succeed:

  • Currently studying a degree-course related to marketing and/or business which has a one year industry work placement included in the course.
  • IT literate including word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation & database. Prior knowledge of Adobe products is not essential
  • Aspiration to work within a marketing environment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
