HR Coordinator Placement

The role represents a great opportunity to join an exciting business and to support a team of HR Generalists to in delivering HR for the UK and EMEA region. This is a placement role that will provide an excellent introduction to working HR function within a fast-growth, international environment. This would suit someone interested in HR, but would benefit anyone wanting to develop their skills in a commercial setting.

To be considered for this placement you will be on track for a 2:1 degree (or equivalent). The ideal candidate will have a friendly, approachable manner with a 'can-do' attitude to work, and who is experienced using Microsoft Office systems

Examples of Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the new starter process including pre-employment checks, inputting necessary information in the HRIS system and preparing new starter documents
  • Responsible for updating the organisational chart, collecting relevant information and ensuring it is kept up-to-date
  • Managing employee movements within the business, ensuring relevant paperwork is administered and that all electronic employee files are accurate and up to date
  • Regularly audit the HRIS system to ensure all necessary documents have been signed and completed
  • Conducting research and general administration as and when required for the HR generalist team
  • Pro-actively contribute towards the continuous improvement of internal HR processes for the business
  • Facilitate the bi-monthly companywide induction programme for all new starters joining the business
  • Any other duties as required by the line manager commensurate with the post

  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Willing to ask questions
  • Possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism handling sensitive data
  • A strong desire to develop within a HR/Talent Acquisition function
