Campaign and Communications Placement


We are currently looking for bright and ambitious students to join our 13 month internship programme team in Erskine. 

As a Campaign and Communications Intern, you will be supporting the Marketing Manager on all campaigns based within Inside Sales in Erskine. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Provide support to our campaign manager by adapting globally created campaign assets, such as direct mail, electronic direct mail and online banner creative; ensuring they are fit for purpose for the UK&I markets.

  • Report on all campaign progress.

  • Work with the key stakeholders on the execution of campaigns into the Inside Sales function, ensuring brand compliance of all campaign assets.

  • Support the Campaign Managers and Sales Managers.

  • Manage intranet pages and internal communications on an ongoing basis.

  • Support the campaign manager at Events and Meetings.

  • Source and purchase supplies such as giveaways, pull up banners and collateral for internal campaigns.

  • Communicate events internally and ensure all events (internal & external) are loaded onto the UK&I events calendar.

  • Create event invitations and monitor registrations.

  • Support enablement manager to co-ordinate all in-house training.

Skills & Competencies 

  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office package to a high standard (particularly Excel & PowerPoint). 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Strong work ethic. 

  • Time management & organizational skills. 

  • Ability to work with a level head under pressure. 

  • Great team player. 

  • Communicate clearly and effectively using different mediums. 

  • Always proactively striving for improvements. 

  • Ability to work independently. 

  • Ability to demonstrate some work experience or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activities. 

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must be completing an undergraduate degree that requires (or has an option for) a year’s industrial placement.
  • A Business or related degree background that can demonstrate sales, finance, business & analytical skills is preferable.
  • A target to achieve a 2.1 (based on results and/or predicted grades) is required. 

  • In addition to the above educational requirements, students must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to commence the placement at the beginning of July 2018 for 13 months.
