Human Resources & Talent Placement

Working in a pro-active, forward thinking HR team working on strategic HR initiatives that will improve the efficiency of talent processes, improve employee engagement and drive high performance.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner this person will be an important member of the HR team focused on supporting the HR team. You will have the ability to have an impact on the business through key HR projects.

There will also be opportunities to have exposure to other fundamental HR activities

Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Supporting the HRBP and HRD with the Talent Management processes.
  • Gathering information and preparing relevant reports for quarterly talent review meetings
  • Ensuring the Talent Review file is up to date
  • Taking notes during talent review meetings
  • Supporting follow up on actions
  • Maintaining talent records such as individual development plans

HR & Organisational Analytics

  • Facilitating annual employee engagement survey
  • Make relevant connections to other organisation data and produce key insights
  • Produce a quarterly HR & Talent scorecard for the leadership team

Employer Brand

  • Maintain and update our online careers portals
  • Updating social media to ensure we are fully utilising the tools and actively promoting ITWCP as an employer

Other

  • Booking training courses with external training provider
  • General Office/Facilities Admin
  • Other ad-hoc HR tasks and admin as required

Job Requirements:

Experience/Skills/Attributes

  • A desire to have a career in HR
  • Willingness and ability to have an impact on the business
  • Strong IT literacy
  • Good attention to detail
  • High standard of written English
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Tact and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Good level of Excel capability
