Human Resources: Learning, People and Leadership Placement
We have an exciting opportunity for a student to join our Human Resources team on a 13 month internship supporting Learning and Talent Development. Siemens, the leading global engineering and technology Services Company, has been active in the United Kingdom for over 170 years and we provide innovative solutions to help tackle the UK’s major challenges.
What are my responsibilities?
- Support the development and implementation of talent processes across Siemens UK
- Support the development and deployment of learning and talent solutions and manage communications plans
- Manage projects and activities
- Co-ordinate and analyse talent management data
- Manage the submission of candidates to talent development programmes and provide support to participants
- Manage the process to support HR Business Partners in learning and succession planning activities
- Liaise with HRBPs, managers and employees to advocate learning
What do I need to qualify for this job?
You will be studying towards a Business related or Human Resources related, psychology or sociology degree and looking to complete a 13 month Internship as part of your degree.
- You will have a strong interest in a career in Human Resources, especially relating to Talent Management and Learning and Development. This role allows flexibility for you to be involved in projects which are of interest to you.
- You will need to be a self-starter with excellent project management and organisational skills.
- You will be a good communicator with the ability to build relationships.
What else do I need to know?
This role will be for a 13 Month Fixed Term Contract starting in June 2018 and be based in our Frimley office. Some travel will be required around the UK so you will need to be flexible in regards to travel
