About Mitsubishi

At Mitsubishi Motors in the UK we have a range of cars to suit all budgets and all needs. Our class leading vehicles range from 4x4s, to 7-seat family SUVs, to elegant city crossovers and super-minis. Including the Outlander PHEV, the UK’s best-selling plug in hybrid.

Mitsubishi cars and pick-ups are imported and distributed in the UK by The Colt Car Company Limited. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation Japan and we operate from Headquarters in the historic Cotswold market town of Cirencester, approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Swindon and approximately 30 minutes from Cheltenham.

We directly employ around 230 permanent staff at our Headquarters, and many more people throughout the UK at our comprehensive network of franchised Mitsubishi Motors dealerships.

Our Cirencester office complex houses all the activities you would expect for a thriving national motor vehicle business.

Undergraduate Placement

Each year we recruit a select number of high quality undergraduates for temporary work placements. Students ideally will be in their penultimate year and on line to achieve a First class or 2:1 degree, preferably in a business related subject, however, all applicants will be considered.

Roles are yet to be confirmed, however, they will be in key areas of the business such as Product Planning, Sales Operations, Communications, Parts & Accessories and Service. All roles will be based at our prestigious Headquarters in Cirencester for a period of twelve months.

Successful students who show real potential throughout their placement year could be invited back for a place on our Graduate Entry Scheme at the end of their degree.

Normal daily working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with one hour for lunch. Some out of hours work commitment may occasionally be required, for example to attend sponsorship events.
