HR Placement

We’re Dyson, a global technology enterprise. Since 1993 we’ve been finding new ways to solve real-world problems. From vacuum cleaners with revolutionary cyclone technology to the hairdryer, re-thought – we solve the problems others ignore. Human Resources is plugged into the nerve system of Dyson – with specialist functions for Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Reward. HR generalists link these all together; supporting every people-related decision.

During this 12-month opportunity you will rotate through two, six-month placements supporting Talent Acquisition, Development and our HR Operations teams. You can expect to learn how we develop our in-house talent, roll out development programmes and get to grips with all HR operations and processes which keep Dyson spinning. You’ll contribute from day one and gain valuable exposure to the Global HR function. And if it works out for both of us, you could secure a Graduate role at the end.

We need problem solvers and quick thinkers who are comfortable presenting new ideas. Whether you’re getting to grips with the end-to-end processes or implementing better ways of doing things – you’ll make every day count.
