Sportsbook Operations & Content Placement
Reporting to the Operations & Content team management you will assist with planning and populating the sports sites with relevant and popular sporting events from around the globe. You will work closely with the Sports team daily to assist with operational duties, analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling of upcoming global sporting events such as the 2018 World Cup
- Publishing live sporting events and configuring content to the Sports website
- Manage Sports content management system (CMS)
- Be a key liaison with Customer Relationship Management for promotions and execution
- Raising and reporting emergency and time-critical sports issues
- Providing the Operations team with support to procedural and on-going operational duties
- Planning and executing the sports website via content management system (CMS)
- Site monitoring and quality assurance
- Ad-hoc project work as assigned by Operations/Content Managers
- Basic reporting and report analysis
- Working closely with other Sports operational teams (Trading, Product and Compliance).
Skills and Capabilities
Essential
- Passion for Sports
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to function as a self-starter with emphasis on getting things done with focus on efficiency
- Quality focus and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends
Desirable
- Sports betting knowledge
- Web development experience
- Product Management experience
