Marketing (Innovation) Placement
Purpose:
To assist in the development and implementation of the brand innovation plan across categories, under the management of the Brand Manager, in order to assess NPD performance.
Innovation is a core growth driver for the business. The innovation team in UK works along with the global R&D team to identify opportunities and ensure products are developed based on in depth consumer understanding, market gap recognition and future growth prospects in order to deliver a strong and incremental growth pipeline for tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
Tasks for the placement position include:
- Tracking and reporting on NPD performance (sales, entire marketing mix etc)
- Analyzing NPD within the competitive frame of reference across the marketing mix
- Assisting with trial implementation
Placement Duration: 6 months
The Candidate
- We are seeking a motivated, energetic, organised individual.
- The role requires project management, creativity, and a strong analytical ability to help us monitor NPD performance.
- It will be essential to develop good working relationships as we work with all other departments in Ferrero UK, as well as with external agencies. This means we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Some marketing experience/knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- MS Office experience in PowerPoint and Excel is required.
