Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Placement

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is at the heart of all retail businesses and is the way we interact with current and potential customers. As part of the CRM team, you will play a valuable role in supporting communications and events through our customer loyalty programme, as well as reporting on customer loyalty data – the heart of our decision making. 

Your Role

Each day will bring exciting new tasks within CRM, no two days will be the same. You will work collaboratively with different functions, as well as develop material and reports internationally. You will develop and execute our multichannel, targeted direct marketing campaigns and CRM projects. The Body Shop are keen to drive growth within our expanding customer loyalty database and therefore our placements within CRM will help create direct mail and SMS/Push marketing campaigns, as well as work with our in-house Design Studio to produce creative assets. 

To be a hero within CRM, you must have a great attention to detail and be a confident undergraduate who won’t be afraid to run feedback calls with our international markets and attend ‘Event Activation Meetings’. Our CRM roles also require analytical skills as you will be using our CRM database to analyse the success and learning’s of our campaigns, developing an understanding of trends and providing insights.
