Business Operations Placement
We have numerous roles within our Business Operations category, including Lexus Operations, our training academy, After-sales division and Customer and Network support division. We don’t ask you to specify the role you are interested in until we are further down the selection process. This enables you to meet with hiring managers at our assessment day to get a better understanding of the roles that are available.
What will I be doing?
As a Sales and Marketing business we have various corporate functions that support and drive our organisational success. A business operations role could be within our Lexus Division, After-Sales, Customer and Network Support division or Training Academy division. Working within a business operations areas you can expect to be compilation and distribution of reports, presentations and documentation to support the business as well as make recommendations for change to key business areas. It could include the co-ordination and administration of the Customer Experience Management (CEM) programme; organising internal and external meetings; managing correspondence to the Centre network and providing data to stakeholders on request. Business operations is the perfect area for you to grow your project management skills and gain cross-functional exposure, which has been proven in our organisation to grow successful professionals.
What do we look for?
Excellent networking and communication skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. You will need to have adaptability and ability to work under pressure. An interest in business and an eye for innovation is also welcomed!
What qualifications do I need?
You should be studying for a business or management related degree, which includes a 12 month placement.
