Risk Industrial Placements
We are currently recruiting for talented and motivated industrial placement students to join our Risk Team in multiple locations across the UK.
As a Group, managing risk effectively is fundamental to our strategy and touches everything we do across the organisation. Our risk framework guides how our colleagues approach their work, the way they behave and the decisions they make and our risk function plays a critical role in manging this.
With roles in a variety of business areas within risk, you could find yourself in a quantitative team undertaking analytics and modelling, stress testing, retail credit risk or market and liquidity risk.
We also offer some non-quantitative roles such as assurance, risk systems, programme managers, communications and engagement, operational risk and insurance risk.
About You
We are looking for students with strong numeric and analytical skills who are interested in understanding how risk affects our business and our customers.
Applicants should be on track for a 2:2 or above in their degree with a record of achievement and initiative beyond your academic studies and a strong desire to succeed.

If successful, you will work in a team who are innovative and creative in the analysis of risks and change, and you will get the coaching and development you will need to succeed with us.
We offer a competitive salary of between £18,500 outside London, £21,500 in London, and benefits.
