Marketing Placement

We have multiple marketing placement positions available in our Dairy and Waters businesses, based in London. If successful you will be dedicated to one of our talented brand teams working with some of our iconic brands!

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead and manage key Below-the-Line projects within Brand portfolio. For example:

  • Digital projects such as website, direct e-mail campaign, search engine marketing
  • Packaging projects such as line-up relaunches
  • Instore projects such as developing in-store material, couponing, direct mail campaigns

Lead key analysis projects

  • Analyse data from variety of sources (internal/external, desk/field) and make recommendations
  • For example: recommending a new flavour to launch, understanding why competitive launch succeeded or failed, reviewing an adjacent category

Lead Internal Events

  • Lead presentations to whole organization on brand performance and upcoming activities
  • Lead organization of internal launch events

Support members of the team in key workstreams

  • Be first point of contact on the brand for any requests
  • Create and manage project timelines
  • Support product development process by helping identify product benchmarks, arranging tasting sessions, leading feedback to R&D
  • Support the team’s sample and mockup needs
  • Support key meetings by arranging venues etc

Manage budget

  • Raise and confirm Purchase Orders, track budget
  • Proactively raise issues and follow up with suppliers
  • Liaise with finance to rectify issues with supplier invoices

Lead Brand Tracking

  • Track brand performance on weekly and monthly basis (sales, share, consumer KPIs…) and develop conclusions and recos
  • Track competitive activity in store and online

Personal Profile:

Professional Background:

  • On track to achieve min 2:1 degree from leading university
  • Marketing/Management degree preferred but any subject considered
  • Work experience preferred, especially in related areas (eg. FMCG or Marketing)
