What's it all about

An internship in our Finance department is the perfect way to launch your career in finance. Finance plays a vital role in our progressive business and it’s here you’ll be influencing and collaborating with all areas across the business.

Our Finance internship lasts for 10 weeks, and right from the start you’ll be developing your skills and building relationships on live projects, supported by some of the most passionate finance professionals in the industry. They’ll truly listen to your ideas and ambitions while giving you the expert guidance you need to make them happen. It’s a highly varied role, where you could be involved in all aspects of planning, budgeting and forecasting, while learning the essentials of an ever-evolving regulatory environment.

What’s more, if you impress us, you may be invited back for our full graduate programme the following year.

Where you’ll work

You’ll be based at one of our offices in London, Manchester, Milton Keynes or Leicester.

What you’ll need

• A predicted 2:1 degree in any discipline, as well as 280 UCAS points, or their equivalent. The UCAS points expectations are based on the new UCAS scoring methodology
• Excellent numerical and writing skills, and the ability to create strong business relationships
• A genuine passion for finance and be motivated to stay up to date with key industry trends and developments
• An actively collaborative approach to work, ideally shown through any work experience or positions of responsibility
• The confidence to speak up with great ideas, embrace change and seek innovative new ways of doing things
