About Nestlé

You know Nestlé. But you may not know about the delicious range of opportunities we offer across our business. Welcome to the Nestlé Academy.

We’re proud of our amazing range of globally recognised brands, including Nescafé, Buxton, Felix, Fruit Pastilles and everyone’s favourite, Quality Street. And the variety of projects and work we deliver at Nestlé are just as diverse, meaning everyone that joins us has every opportunity to develop skills and gain real experience in a company that’s leading the way.

Safety, Health & Environment Internship

At Nestlé we take our SHE responsibilities very seriously and are proud of our low accident rate. Joining the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) team on a Summer Internship, you will play a key role in helping reduce these rates even further.

You’ll also gain exposure to some of the world’s biggest and best-known brands, and have many different opportunities to learn and develop the skills to start building your career.

What can you expect?

The structured 10 week Nestle Internship programme is an experience that could last you a lifetime. From the end of June to the end of August, you will join a busy team at one of our UK locations. As an Intern, you’ll be involved in a range of SHE activities, which could be anything from communications, risk assessments or a sustainability project. This is designed to give you a flavour of SHE and enable you to develop the skills, knowledge and experience you need to pursue a SHE career. We will give you full support to explore the function and understand our business.

Success could lead to an opportunity to join our Graduate scheme.

Who are we looking for?

The Nestlé Internship programme is designed to help you build on certain strengths that we admire in our Graduates. We are looking for a quick learner, strong team player and talented organiser who knows how to build relationships and is focused on achieving results. For our SHE programme it is also important to follow process, be a confident decision-maker, and able to take setbacks in your stride.
