Total Customer Experience Placement

Groupe Renault are looking for passionate students to join us across our Total Customer Experience department at our Head Office in Greater London to add value to our organisation. We have an established placement scheme, giving you the opportunity to work with people who have a wealth of experience and who are willing to support you on the first steps of your career.

You will be given real responsibility from day one and will be fully immersed in your new team, taking on a practical role and actively contributing to the achievement of our company objectives.

This is an amazing opportunity to gain insightful work experience, putting your university study into practice. You will be encouraged to share your ideas and make real changes.

In return we will offer you a competitive salary, 24 days annual leave, an on-site restaurant and a free mini-bus to and from our office. On Fridays we dress down and can finish work at 4pm (during the summer it’s 3pm!) We have Sports & Social clubs including a Renault football team and Pilates class and there are many animations and events that you can get involved with, such as Goodwood Festival of Speed, Jamie Oliver’s Big Feastival and Men’s Health, Survival of the Fittest.

Total Customer Experience takes pride in ensuring that customers’ expectations are met through excellent customer service, ensuring the journey is enhanced and defined from start to finish. You could be working on projects to ensure our customer care is class leading or assisting with rolling out training and development programmes to our dealer network.
