Salesforce/IT Assistant

As a Salesforce/IT Assistant you will be providing first and second line support to all areas of the business, for our Salesforce system and any related applications. This would include, but is not limited to, the administration of the company’s Salesforce Orgs including the creation and amending of reports and dashboards as well as the day-to-day administration.

You should demonstrate excellent customer service and analytical skills. Your day-to-day tasks include user setup, troubleshooting and self-paced learning.

The team is responsible for the administration, training and development of new functionality, changes and customisations of a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

The position would best fit a proactive, logic-driven, approachable, creative individual with a tenacious attitude. Good organisational skills and resilience will be required to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where no one day is the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and responding to requests across the UK Scandinavian and US offices, using our Salesforce Case Management system
  • Ensuring that all requests are accurately logged
  • Setting up and maintaining users
  • Helping preserve data integrity across our integrated systems
  • Assisting with ongoing project tasks, including minor Salesforce deployments and testing
  • Understanding the business ecosystem as a whole
  • Fostering excellent relationships with the company to facilitate collaboration
  • Creating and maintaining Salesforce-related documentation
  • Communicating with our suppliers to support our integrated telephony, electronic signature and document management applications
  • Nurturing personal development
  • Provide comprehensive metrics for the business using reports and dashboards

This role demands excellent attention to detail, organisation, prioritisation, and teamwork as well as strong communication skills. You will be directly involved, as much as possible, in all functions of the department.
