About Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS)
We provide finance and insurance services to customers across the entire Volkswagen Group. One of the most unexpected things about VWFS is that we don’t just provide solutions for Volkswagen. We also work with a variety of amazing brands that include Audi, SEAT, SKODA, Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and MAN.
You might imagine you’ll need a finance degree and a wardrobe full of grey suits to work at VWFS. Not true. We’re smart casual in the office, informal in how we work together and we’re looking for students with diverse skills, backgrounds and ideas to join our journey.
Sales & Marketing Placement
The Sales & Marketing undergraduate will have the opportunity to work within our Fleet department, where our Business to Business Customer Portfolio is managed (meaning companies who lease our vehicles for business purposes).
You’ll be working within a busy Sales and Marketing team who are constantly looking for ways to improve our customer experience as well as promoting and providing new products and services which support customer needs and deliver our sales target.
During your placement year you will work on some of our key initiatives directly with the Brands, conduct competitor analysis and work on improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
You’ll need to be studying towards a Business or Marketing related degree, have strong written and verbal communication skills, the confidence to manage relationships up to Director level all with an interest in the automotive sector.
