We provide finance and insurance services to customers across the entire Volkswagen Group. One of the most unexpected things about VWFS is that we don’t just provide solutions for Volkswagen. Our Analytics & Insights Placement
Customer Operations brings together the customer facing teams with a common aim of improving performance, delivery and increasing collaboration across the areas.
Your main responsibility during your 12 month placement will be to support the delivery of Management Information across the business by providing reporting and analysis which adds value, ensuring this is easy to interpret, and articulates a clear story which drives leadership action.
During your 12 month placement you will gain valuable experience to really build on the knowledge that you have already learned at University. Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Active involvement in all relevant projects understanding the impacts on reporting requirements to include requirement gathering, testing and implementation
- Proactively develop and continuously improve outputs to anticipate the future needs of stakeholders
- Develop sound working relationships within the business . to improve and then maintain data quality
- Be skilled in multiple systems in order to extract, combine and analyse data - full training and support will be given
You’ll need to be studying towards a Business related degree, hold strong Microsoft Office skills and have strong self and time management skills, whilst also working as part of a team.
