About Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS)
We provide finance and insurance services to customers across the entire Volkswagen Group. One of the most unexpected things about VWFS is that we don’t just provide solutions for Volkswagen. We also work with a variety of amazing brands that include Audi, SEAT, SKODA, Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and MAN.
You might imagine you’ll need a finance degree and a wardrobe full of grey suits to work at VWFS. Not true. We’re smart casual in the office, informal in how we work together and we’re looking for students with diverse skills, backgrounds and ideas to join our journey.
Insights and Business Change Placement
Primarily working within our customer facing department, during the year you will be working to lead and facilitate change, create efficiencies, drive performance improvements and increase collaboration across some of our main business areas.
Along with the above you will have the opportunity to work with our Training and Engagement functions on the design, delivery and co-ordination of all training and engagement initiatives for our internal colleagues. You will support the team with colleague engagement initiatives and work on improvements to ensure a delegate-centric, seamless training delivery.
A year in this role will advance your ability to communicate and coach effectively as well as providing you with a strong resilience moving in to your final year at University.
You’ll need to be studying towards a Business related degree, have good organisations skills along with determination, drive and personal commitment.
