About Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS)
We provide finance and insurance services to customers across the entire Volkswagen Group. One of the most unexpected things about VWFS is that we don’t just provide solutions for Volkswagen. We also work with a variety of amazing brands that include Audi, SEAT, SKODA, Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and MAN.
You might imagine you’ll need a finance degree and a wardrobe full of grey suits to work at VWFS. Not true. We’re smart casual in the office, informal in how we work together and we’re looking for students with diverse skills, backgrounds and ideas to join our journey.
Our Digital Integration Placement
Here at VWFS we're passionate about developing the best ideas, products and experiences to help our customers every day. Working within our Digital & Innovation team, you will assist in the development of projects and actively participate in the creation of online services increasing support for VWFS, the Brands and Retailer outlets.
During your year placement you will gain a broad understanding of the organisation, our channels to market, communication pathways and operation. You will also have the opportunity to make recommendations for future developments and assist in the development and integration of new platforms.
You’ll need to be studying towards an IT related degree, have an appetite to develop your commercial knowledge along with a good awareness of internet technologies and an organised approach to working.

From mentoring in local schools to formal presentations to the Board of Management, this is a varied, inspiring 12-month experience that you’ll never forget.
On top of all that you’ll receive an annual salary of £17,500, a discretionary bonus, 27 days holiday along with a new loan car every six months.
