Project Specialist - Oldham
Student: Ideal for a research/business student with a customer service background.
Oldham Audi is challenging the norms of the traditional motor trade and has been a pilot site for Jardine Motors Group. In our brand new, flagship dealership we have designed and developed new roles which we think will better suit our customers’ needs and enhance their experience with us. The successful undergraduate will work closely with the head of business to establish what our customers really think and want when interacting with the centre which is critical to establishing the success of our new business. In the day to day elements of the role, you will work alongside our access Audi associates by supporting them to deliver the best possible customer experience. If you’re someone who likes talking to customers, having autonomy over a project and has a real can do attitude then we want to hear from you!
Skills required:
- Excel skills are preferable to support with reporting
- ability to work under pressure
- Experience of taking high quality pictures and video editing would be hugely beneficial.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations
- Eye for detail and can do attitude.
