Project Support Specialist - Glasgow

To support the development and improvement of our enquiry management as part of our Modern Retailing programme. Working with our Sales Support Manager and General Sales Manager, the Specialist will cover a number of areas including project planning, customer research/experience, and retail practice. The role will involve following process and procedures in quality controls, ensuring we achieve both the client’s and Audi’s standards. You will also be responsible for building relationships with the wider divisional management to share best practice and support in our other Centres.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining professional, effective business relationships, within our company, our customer base and Audi
  • To analyse enquiry levels, appointments booked and attendance rates and identify relevant opportunities
  • Explore best practice in enquiry management
  • Using research and data gathered recommend improvements to processes and support implementation ensuring all decisions are focused on delivering the best experience to our customers
  • Gain an understanding of the sales process, monitor performance in areas such as profitability and sales performance.
  • Identify improvements from a customer and commercial perspective, and drive improved loyalty and retention.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and customers, face to face and via other communication routes, to ensure we meet required standards of both Audi and our customers

Skills required

  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Aptitude for digital communication and social media
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team, delivering team objectives, facilitated where necessary by working independently
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and time manage workload given
