Operations Summer Internship

Our Operations function plays a vital role in adapting Allianz to the modern working environment especially when it comes to our IT systems, facilities and operational efficiency. Operations function forms the foundation of our business and has a wide and varied choice of careers, from front facing Customer Service to MI Analysis, Operational Management Support and Business Change. We’ll give you real ownership of challenging tasks and you’ll leave knowing you’ve really contributed to our goals. This internship offers you the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders and to understand how insurance business operations from within. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a range of project management and leadership skills that are vital to your development in the business.

Selection Criteria

• Penultimate or final year of studies in honours degree of any discipline
• On target for a 2:1 degree or above
• Valid work permit for permanent work in the UK without restrictions after graduation
