Corporate & Investment Bank - Spring Week: Finance for Non-Finance Program
You may think a career in finance isn’t for you. But you’d be surprised at what we have to offer students from non-finance backgrounds. Our four day Spring Week program is designed specifically for students from a non-Finance background who are interested in learning what it’s like to work in Investment Banking and Markets for a leading financial services firm and explain the opportunities open to you based on your skill set. It’s open to undergraduates studying across Europe graduating in 2020.
The program will provide you with a foundational understanding of how a bank works and what career opportunities are available. Before, during and after the program you’ll receive all the support you need in the form of online and classroom training as well as sessions led by our senior leaders.
There’ll be plenty of opportunities for you to network and meet other like-minded professionals as you build on your career experience. We’ll also provide you with opportunities for continued learning and development, should you want to apply for a place on the summer internship program.
