Talent Consultant Internship Program

We are excited to offer an 8 week internships within our Talent Communication and Change Management team, who provide expertise to clients in change management, organisational effectiveness and communication to drive employee engagement and help align behaviour with business results.
In addition, we have internships available within our Reward team. Our Reward consultants provide the strategy, design and execution support essential for paying people appropriately and enabling organisations to attract, retain, motivate, and engage employees efficiently and cost-effectively.
We are looking for individuals who have the creativity and strong attention to detail to perform intricate aspects of client work as well as an ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and present results.
