Retail Management Placement Scheme

We are excited to announce that we are introducing a Retail Management Placement scheme here in the UK.

The Retail Management Placement (RMP) scheme is a 12 month programme, with a goal to training our people in becoming Store Supervisors. The programme will begin by teaching you shop floor basics, progressing quickly to learning how to be successful people managers. After completing the programme, you will have the opportunity to continue working in stores alongside your studies. After graduating, you can then apply for a permanent Supervisor role.

We have 11 stores in London and Oxford. You will be based in one store for the duration of the programme.
