As Egress Software Technologies continues its path of exciting growth, we are offering an exceptional opportunity for Undergraduates to take part in a 12-month placement in our Human Resources department as part of your university degree.

Human Resources Placement

The HR department is at the centre of our business supporting all of our employees in our four office locations in the UK and North America through their journeys with Egress. The department is imperative in helping the business reach its objectives. Within this placement, you will get the opportunity to get involved with many areas within HR, including talent management, recruitment and retention initiatives, organisational development projects, managing employee relations and dealing with HR admin. 

This role will be based in our London office and will start in Summer 2018 and will last 12 months.

Would I suit this role?

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic second year student who is studying in a UK based university, predicted a 2:1 or above in a Human Resources, Business related or Psychology degree. 

  • You will have a drive to pursue a career in Human Resources. 
  • You will possess a natural communication style and outstanding interpersonal skills. 
  • A demonstrable ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team is essential
  • Good organiser
  • Self-motivated, self-driven with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Natural problem-solver.

The role will start in Summer 2018 and will last 12 months.
