Risk & Compliance Internships
The summer internship is packed with technical training that’s tailored to your needs, building the specific skills you need for your future.
Within Risk, you’ll act with integrity on work that’s vital to the future of Schroders. Liaising with and learning alongside a wide range of specialists - including Group Internal Audit and Group Legal - you’ll develop and drive the implementation of our risk strategy.
In Compliance, your workload will be as broad as it is international. You’ll contribute to projects that range from managing regulatory relationships at home and overseas, to analysing the impact of new regulation and preparing colleague training courses on new requirements.
There’s plenty of recognition and help to succeed here, but that also means we’re looking for a particular kind of person. You know your own mind – but you’re self-aware and open about how you could improve. You’re intelligent and insightful, on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent and with a strong interest in business conduct and ethical frameworks.
