Recruitment Associate

In this role you will be working within a fast paced, dynamic team. Daily tasks include:

  • Assist Client-Facing Recruiters and Sourcing Recruiters
  • Consult with clients to develop a clear understanding of their needs
  • Manage the recruitment process
  • Source, screen and select candidates
  • Manage the interview and offer process for hires
  • Running multiple assessment centres for graduates and placement students
  • Ensure that managers and HR Business Partners are regularly updated on the status of recruiting in their areas
  • Continually evaluate and adapt recruiting strategy and implement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the process
  • Ad-hoc project work in line with business needs
  • Involvement in various intern projects
  • Identify latest social media channels that can be leveraged to enhance candidate attraction
  • Involvement in recruitment for both UK and EMEA

Ideal Candidate:

Bright, articulate and motivated students who are currently on course for a 2:1 degree with the following key competencies:

  • Business, accounting ,IT experience / working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
  • Time Management
  • Team player
  • High energy level
  • Effective communicator / good interpersonal skills
  • Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
  • Logical
  • Focused and organised
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within budget
  • Creative
