License Management Associate

Your role will be to support the UKI License Compliance Team.

You will support and enable the License Compliance Team to deliver exceptional results through the provision of reporting, guidance and effective programme management.

Expectations and Tasks

This is an exciting role in a fast-paced team. Daily tasks include:

  • Customer data project
    • Assemble license entitlement spreadsheet
    • Company structure research
  • Provide the Compliance manager with required reports and information
  • Desk research
  • Analysis of compliance data and data maintenance
  • Work with team to follow up on activities and agreed actions
  • General Operational Support therefore the opportunity to interact with wider areas of the team
  • Export data, and create an efficient design to present the data to team members
  • Identify errors and work with team to create resolutions

Ideal Candidate

Bright, articulate and motivated students who are currently on course for a 2:1 degree with the following key competencies:

  • Business, accounting ,IT experience / working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
  • Time Management
  • Team player
  • High energy level
  • Effective communicator / good interpersonal skills
  • Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
  • Logical and highly analytical
  • Focused and organised
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within budget
