If so, join our Community Banking internship and see the impact you could make.

Lloyds Banking Group's Community Banking teams are on hand to help our customers every day, whether that's on the high street, on the phone or online. We're looking for people who want to gain experience in a transforming industry, supporting the teams that deliver products and services to our customers buying homes, starting new businesses, or managing personal savings.

What does it all mean?

A 10-week paid internship that covers everything about our customers, their changing needs and how we manage our customer-facing teams. It's an exciting opportunity for you to discover more about your strengths, talents and interests - as well as the career opportunities available to you in our financial services group.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Gain insights into managing customer-facing teams
  • Experience working with customers, experienced managers and leaders
  • Learn about our customers' changing needs and how we support them via new and innovative technologies
  • Take part in community initiatives that give back to the community
