What you’ll do
Our 10-week paid internship is designed to give you valuable insights into our business, your strengths, and how you can make an impact in your own way. You could learn about project management, risk analysis processes, and join traders in monitoring and challenging strategies. You could even gain insights into how large organisations resolve issues of financial crime or help our business support their customers in our credit sanctioning teams. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain valuable work experience, explore your strengths and the areas you might like to work in, once you graduate.
Your development
From day one, we’ll support your development and help you prepare for the future world of work. Thanks to the breadth and scale of our business, you’ll learn how to network across a huge organisation, and use technology to collaborate with geographically-spread teams. As well as participating in digital espressos, volunteering, and internal Ted-style talks, you’ll receive training from experienced business leaders who’ll inspire you to develop as a person and a professional.
Entry requirements
You must be in your penultimate year of study, in any discipline from any university, and we welcome a diversity of individuals – from car lovers, to bakers and piano players. Everything you bring to Lloyds Banking Group enriches what we offer our customers and the community.
