B2B Solutions Marketing Assistant

Panasonic System Solutions Europe (PSSEU), a division of Panasonic Marketing Europe, was founded in April 2016 and develops world class solutions for larger customers offering a single point of contact and accountability. These solutions involve Panasonic hardware, software, connectivity capability and third party products, delivered with world class engineering and project management and services. Industries in focus are energy, transportation and logistics.

This industrial placement role gives you a unique opportunity to be part of a ‘start-up’ organisation within a well-established and well-known brand like Panasonic. You will be a vital member of the team and will play a significant role in building the systems and solutions business in this challenging, varied position.

Your role will be pivotal in executing the FY2018 marketing plan, listening to the trends in the marketplace and building our social media presence.

Outline of Duties:

• Working directly with the solutions marketing manager on a day to day basis
• Organising events and customer workshops
• Listening, monitoring and engaging on our social media platforms
• Executing and managing campaigns within salesforce.com and marketo
• Supporting the regional sales teams in driving key account marketing and engagement activities
• Daily Website maintenance including SEO
• Proof-reading various written materials for UK and Europe
• Liaising with external agencies where appropriate
• Tracking and reporting of all activities

Person Specification:

• Job 1: English speaking role. Job 2: German speaking role.
• An excellent team player
• Impeccable oral and written communication and numerical skills
• PC literate, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• The ability to manage your time effectively, be self-driven and ensure targets are met
• Good organisation skills
• Adaptable to a constantly changing job role
