Finance Business Analysis Placement

To be responsible for daily management and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting critical for decision making and enabling performance improvement in all Porsche Retail Group operations. To assist the Senior Business Analyst (SBA) in daily, weekly and month-end tasks:

Core Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for daily management and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting critical for decision making and enabling performance improvement in all Porsche Retail Group operations.
• To assist the Senior Business Analyst (SBA) in daily, weekly and month-end tasks:
• To prepare daily management reports:
  • Preparation of the Daily Operating Control (DOC)
  • Pre-Owned car sales report
  • Pre-Owned car stock report
  • Daily tracking of all used cars status within the Central Operation department
  • Daily tracking of the Group Pre-Owned Buyer’s purchases
  • Daily Aftersales ‘sold hours’ report and preparation of the Central Operations department report
• Preparation of weekly reports:
  • Weekly new vehicle sales forecast completion and distribution
  • Self-Registration fleet report and identifying variances from operating guidelines
  • Weekly sales enquiries report by site and Used Car Auction reporting
  • Weekly reconciliation of new units from forecast to Centre DOC files
  • Weekly comparative report of new cars forecast vs. Central Operations Pre-Delivery Inspection System
• Preparation of Month End Report:
  • Month-end stock analysis
  • Month-end warranty analysis
  • Month-end reconciliation of profit prints (New and Used cars)
  • Month-end reporting of Company vehicles
  • Supporting the SBA in maintenance and preparation of fixed assets register and additions report
  • Supporting the SBA in budgets, forecasts and rolling forecasts and reporting them in different systems
  • Ad hoc projects supporting the SBA and Financial Controller

Candidates should be studying towards an Accounting and Finance/Business related degree, be confident in written and spoken English and have excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have an ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and projects at the same time, the ability to work alone productively but also play an active role as part of a team and be comfortable with preparing reports and summaries.
