Equity Advisory (GA) – Summer Analyst Internship

Our Equity Advisory team is looking to recruit graduates as part of the wider Summer Internship Programme. The team is a key pillar of our Global Advisory business and is the market leading equity advisory team globally. Please see further details below:

  • It has been an independent adviser on over 430 equity offerings since 2009 with a combined deal value of over €390 billion, across the full spectrum of IPOs and other equity offerings
  • Work is heavily skewed towards transactions rather than pitching, with a strong pipeline of deals
  • The team works closely with the M&A sector teams and our market-leading debt advisory team
  • It’s close to the equity markets, advising on valuation, tactics, execution and implementation
  • Recent landmark transactions include:
    • IPOs of AIB (€3.4bn), Innogy (€5bn), DONG Energy (€2.6bn),  ABN AMRO (€3.8bn)
    • The world’s largest ever IPO – Alibaba ($25bn)
    • The world’s largest ever auctioned block trade – Vodafone / China Mobile ($6.6bn)
    • Largest ever European Corporate Mandatory Convertible Note – Bayer (€4.0bn)
  • Interns can expect significant exposure to clients from an early stage so strong communication skills are important

The programme begins with an intensive training programme covering technical skills (accounting, valuation, and modelling) and internally led presentations. After the training, you will join our equity advisory team for the remainder of the internship. There will also be networking events and learning sessions over the course of the summer.

If your internship goes well, you will be considered for a place on the following year's Graduate Programme.
