IT Project Coordinator

We have an exciting future ahead, with our focus on continuing to build on the success of our service offering whilst also working to drive efficiency throughout all of the processes in our business, and that’s where you come in.
 
We have two great placement opportunities available for IT students looking to increase and develop their knowledge within our UKit department. Supporting our UK business, you will spend time in our Customer Interface Technology (CIT) team and our Service Support team, as well as taking an active role in various projects to assist the business as we move through a period of change and transformation.
 
Your role will be varied, with no two days the same. Working with the Service Support team you will be responsible for fulfilling access requests for employees and perform maintenance of internal systems whilst ensuring that this has always been communicated with the wider business. Your time with the Customer Interface Technology team will see you working closely with our customers by facilitating customer installations. 
 
The team encounter a number of situations which require specific attention and will require different actions. These could be project based, be the initiation of new processes or be performing support and analysis as part of problem management.

What you’ll need

  • To be studying for a degree within Business or IT, that offers a placement year opportunity
  • Hold a full EU driving licence
  • To be able to demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • The desire to learn about new technologies and how these work in a global organisation
  • The ability to convey complex issues to different audiences
