Customer Experience Student Placement

We have an exciting future ahead, with our focus on continuing to build on the success of our service offering whilst also working to drive efficiency throughout all of the processes in our business, and that’s where you come in.
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our innovative and fast paced Customer Experience team where you will play a pivotal role in many of our key projects. Our Customer Experience team are focused around delivering the ultimate customer journey. They do this by analysing customer feedback and identifying areas in need of improvement throughout the business.
 
Taking these findings, you will work on top priority projects that support our overall UK business strategy. These projects will be varied and fast paced, allowing you to really get under the skin of our business and the needs of our customers.
 
Our Customer Experience team is made up of many departments, and you will get the opportunity to spend time working within each of them. Working closely with the Continuous Improvement team, you will play a crucial role in helping to monitor, review and analyse current ways of working in order to provide us with more efficient and streamlined processes.

What you’ll need

  • To be studying for a degree that offers a placement year opportunity
  • A full EU driving licence
  • To be able to demonstrate strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to work using own initiative at times
  • The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups
  • Be able to manage time efficiently by juggling and prioritising tasks
  • The ability to take an idea or a task and think creatively about it
