Business Projects Coordinator

We have an exciting future ahead with our focus is to continue to build on the success of our service offering whilst also working to drive efficiency throughout all of the processes in our business, and that’s you come in.
 
Our busy Project Management Office works to support the delivery of key transformation initiatives as the business moves through a large period of change. Working on a strategic business projects, this role will support our UK business to professionally deliver change; focusing on both quality and speed. You will do this by ensuring best practice planning, and looking into risk, issue, change, cost and benefit management.
 
You will play a vital role in collecting, analysing and maintaining data in a consistent and effective form and providing general support on various projects.
 
Using your analytical mind-set key tasks will include:

  • Update project management tools
  • Ensure all key processes regarding various updates are adhered to
  • Implement and manage process reporting mechanisms that assist our projects and programme managers with reporting
  • Ensure the timely and accurate creation of a weekly management dashboard

As a strong communicator, you will encourage support and engagement throughout the business for the change management approach by influencing stakeholders at all levels. You will work closely with several stakeholders to provide accurate and timely updates to ensure key messages are being communicated.

What you’ll need

  • To be studying for a business degree that offers a placement year opportunity
  • Hold a full EU driving licence 
  • To be able to demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Have the ability to work using own initiative at times
  • Have strong organisation skills with high levels of attention to detail
  • Be able to think analytically and process data and information
  • The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups
