HR Assistant & Learning & Development Assistant

We have two exciting and rewarding opportunities to join our world class HR team on a 12 month placement. Both roles will be based in our new sophisticated shared service centre at Capability Green Business Park in Luton.

One working as a HR Assistant and another as a Learning & Development Assistant.

What will you do day to day?

HR Assistant: You will work as part of the HR Operations team to provide a professional and comprehensive HR service, with a particular emphasis on HR administration of the employee life cycle. Duties will range from production of contractual correspondence to employees, updating and maintaining our comprehensive personnel system, conducting HR Review meetings and exit interviews. Our HR Advisors and HR Business Partners, will invite you to attend meetings with them so that you can have exposure to all levels in HR. You will also have the opportunity to spend time with our wider HR team which will give you an insight into what our Learning & Development team and Talent Acquisition team do.

Learning & Development Assistant: You will work as part of the HR team and play a part in ensuring we provide a professional, comprehensive Learning & Development offering to the business.  This role will cover the administration, coordination and implementation of the company's Learning & Development and training initiatives.  Duties will range from MI analysis, managing the administration of onboarding and induction processes. Co-ordinate training programmes and managing the communication to the business. You will be able to attend a wide range of training course to support your own personal development and will also get to spend time with the wider HR team in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
