Sales Placement
Our placement roles are at the heart of our Sales team and provide a unique opportunity to experience a highly commercial business and understand what is required to get products to market. The pace is fast, the expectations high and the sense of achievement great. Working in a small cohesive team you get genuine responsibility, far beyond your expectations. Your ideas count, and we rely on your creativity and initiative.
You will be encouraged by experienced Sales Account Managers:
- To collate, edit and report weekly sales data from all major retailers, to gain a true picture of our performance as a company
- To analyse sales data & promotions, & generate key insights for the sales managers which drives future decision making
- To become a key user in Brand View software, to track how we & our competitors are viewed in the market
- To take personal responsibility for managing specific retail accounts, including stock control & forecasting
- To conduct detailed analysis for specific business scenarios to improve understanding of sales team & drive future actions
You will be based in Windsor for a 12 month placement and receive a great package including a salary of 15k per annum, discounted products & Health & Fitness membership and a pension contribution.

What we need
- Self motivated, able to learn quickly and work at a fast pace
- Strong critical thinking & enjoys problem solving
- Very competent at IT/excel, and keen to do daily analysis
- Previous work experience in a commercial/sales environment
- Studying a finance/ business related degree with placement year required
- Enjoys being a team player, helping others and turning hand to whatever is needed
