Marketing Placement
Our placement roles are at the heart of our Marketing team and provide a unique opportunity to experience a highly commercial business and understand what is required to get products to market. The pace is fast, the expectations high and the sense of achievement great. Working in a small cohesive team you get genuine responsibility far beyond your expectations. Your ideas count, and we rely on your creativity and initiative. You will be encouraged by experienced Product Managers:
- To evaluate what new categories are right for the UK market
- Support PR activities and develop customer trade presentations
- Develop and maintain support across Groupe SEB web sites
- Develop launch plans for new products and help implement
- Coordinate digital campaigns and analyse sales & market data
- Become a product expert in either cookware, electrical cooking, or linen care
You will be based in Windsor for a 12 month placement and receive a great package including a salary of 15k per annum, discounted products & Health & Fitness membership and a pension contribution.
What we need
- Self motivated, able to pick things up quickly and work at a fast pace
- Genuine interest in our products & desire to learn about them
- Studying a business-related degree & placement year required in 3rd year
- Previous work experience that you can relate to this role
- Very competent at IT/excel, and keen to do analysis
- Enjoys being a team player, helping others and turning hand to whatever is needed
